Fighting food waste one doggy bag at a time
In the fight against food waste in Australia, RMIT University has submitted some simple recommendations that restaurants and cafes can implement to reduce waste.
Professor Tania Lewis from RMIT University explained to 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl the benefits for both the environment and food outlets.
“We really need to recognise that food is incredibly valuable, and our farmers are producing top-quality produce, which we don’t want to waste,” she said
