Mark Bombara murdered Jennifer Petelczyc and her 18-year-old daughter Gretl at a home in Floreat in May. Concerns had been raised prior about the shooter’s gun collection however no action was taken by police.

Col Blanch, WA Police Commissioner, spoke to 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead on the internal investigation.

“We are never going to be perfect, we will make mistakes and errors but our job is to improve and give that assurance to the public,” Blanch said.
