Four-day working week to tackle teacher shortages
Teachers may soon be working four days a week in Victoria as part of a trial to tackle the chronic workforce shortage.
6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl spoke to Adam Voigt, CEO of Real Schools, asking whether this is a plan Western Australia should consider adopting.
“What they are trying to do is reduce the number of teachers leaving the profession,” he said.
