Crows Fly Over Dockers
It wasn’t the highest scoring game of footy but it was still entertaining with the game up for grabs… before the Crows just got by the Dockers at Adelaide Oval, the final score 7.9.51 to 5.4.34.
Two 50 metre penalties proved costly for the Dockers in the end, with Brad Hill and Darcy Tucker the culprits.
Matt Crouch was outstanding for the home side with 39 disposals, while Tucker was the only player to kick multiple goals in the low scoring affair.
Dockers youngster Adam Cerra caught up with the call team post game.
“Adelaide defended (our long kicks) well with rolling a spare behind the ball. There’s times where we want to go long to even numbers, there’s times we should lower our eyes and hit the midfielder’s inbetween.”
