GAME DAY: Collingwood V West Coast
Collingwood have taken another MCG win from the West Coast Eagles with a hard-fought 19-point victory over the visitors on Saturday.
It was a see-sawing match for a majority of the game, but four unanswered Pies goals in the final quarter pushed Collingwood over the line for the 13.13 (91) to 11.6 (72) win.
The Eagles lead at the first break, but Collingwood answered back kicking five goals to one in the second term for a 17-point lead at half time.
Josh Kennedy and Jack Darling kept their side in it and helped narrow the margin to two points at the last break. Two quick Josh Hill goals gave the Eagles a lead in the fourth quarter, but Collingwood stormed ahead for their win.
Darling kicks his fourth and the Eagles are within a point!
