Shock loss for the West Coast Eagles to the Gold Coast Suns
It was a dominant display by the Gold Coast Suns against the West Coast Eagles in some slippery conditions at Metricon Stadium.
It was an arm wrestle between the two sides up until half -time when the Suns kicked away running out winners – snapping a 19-game losing streak.
Suns Matt Rowell, in just his second game of AFL football, was best on ground with a performance that defied his age and experience.
