Gloucester Park has released their redevelopment plans which will feature spectator seating for 4000 people, flashy apartments and a new town square built around the race track.

Michael Radley, Gloucester Park Racing CEO told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live that these plans have been underway for many years.

“We’ve looked at a number of options of how we can rejuvenate and fix our ageing infrastructure and create a more welcoming platform for people to enjoy the racing,” he told Oly.

“We are really excited to active that side of East Perth.”
