Serial domestic violence offenders will be fitted with GPS trackers under new laws being introduced to State Parliament today.

State Attorney General John Quigley joined Oly Peterson on Perth Live to discuss the changes, as well as new legislation to ban the display of Nazi symbols and the performance of the Nazi salute in public.
