GPs warning over Federal government’s urgent care clinic investment

The Royal Australian College of GPs has warned new urgent care clinics won’t solve Australia’s patient care challenges.
WA Chair Ramya Raman spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said urgent care clinics were a more expensive model of care and there was no evidence to prove whether existing ones were working to keep patients out of the hospital system.
