On this weeks Have you ever wondered? segment, Jules discusses all things sleep, dreams and nightmares and why we may or may not remember them.
Dr Melissa Ree, Sleep Psychologist, spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague on how people dream and what the benefits may be.
“Dreams are thoughts, images and sensations that occur during sleep, we mostly get vivid dreams during REM sleep, and these are the ones we are most likely to remember,” she said.
