The Aboriginal Affairs Minister says staff changes at Rio Tinto were inevitable but more needs to be done to improve the company’s relationship with the WA community.

The mining giant has announced its Chief Executive, head of iron ore, and corporate affairs boss will leave the company – four months after the destruction of sacred caves in the Pilbara.

Ben Wyatt told Gareth Parker on Mornings, he’d like to see more changes within the company’s Board.
