Homicide Squad detectives are seeking information regarding the death of a man in Kwinana Beach on Thursday.

St John and police  responded to an incident on Beach Street  at 6.10am, where a 56-year-old man was located
unresponsive in a carpark area.

The man could not be revived and died at the scene. It is believed the man may have been involved in an altercation prior to his death.

A man aged in his 50s, who is believed to be known to the victim, is assisting with the investigation.
