Holiday or hell? Writers weigh in on Italian hospitality

Italy may provide negative experiences for some travelers, but it all comes down to timing.
Travel writer, Brian Johnston described Italy as over crowded, overpriced, and badly managed in a Brisbane Times article.
Founder of Australian Traveller Quentin LongĀ told Jamie Burnett on Perth Live that Brian Johnston does have a point.
“But I’d always go to somewhere like Rome in September, or even October, much nicer weather, less crowded and a fantastic experience,” Mr. Long said.
