Several hobbies of yesteryear have enjoyed a resurgence in recent times as people were forced to find new things to do during lockdown.

Jigsaw puzzles were one of those, which is good timing for Australian Jigsaw Puzzle Association founder D’Arne Healy, who is bringing the WA State Jigsaw Competition to the WA Italian Club on March 12.

“Everyone will get a 500-piece puzzle and you don’t get to see the picture until the clock starts,” Ms Healy told Steve Mills on Millsy at Midday.

If you are WA’s fastest puzzler, you will earn a spot at the national championships with a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to Spain for the world champs.
