Brad Hardie has called for a leadership change in the Eagles following reports co-captain Oscar Allen had recently met up with Hawks coach Sam Mitchell.

He told 6PR Breakfast he never understood the need for two captains, and added Allen’s form is “no good”.

“I’m calling for him to be removed as the skipper … they’ve got to have the right example, this is not the right example, and look – this has been going on for 12 months,” he said.
