The rapid increase in insurance premiums has hit the public hard, not excluding those who consider themselves loyal customers.

Yet the general response has been that there is no relief in sight, with an increase in natural disasters caused by climate change receiving the majority of the blame.

“We are seeing more emergencies and crises; the supply chain issues and the cost of labor as well,” Canstar editor-at-large Effie Zahos told Millsy and Karl onĀ 6PR Breakfast.

“I think for the consumer, unfortunately this is a case where it’s not going to go away.”
