July 1 brings many things such as tax cuts and electricity credits however one other important milestone is that it marks day 1 of the Albanese Government’s pledge to build 1.2 million houses by the end of the decade.

Mike Zorbas, the Property Council of Australia CEO joined Gary Adshead to discuss whether it is really feasible to defeat this milestone, and what factors may cause the Government to fall short.
