In the wake of the New South Wales state election media personalities are mourning the loss of conservatism in Australian politics.

Gary Adshead talked to political and social commentator Andrew Bolt on 6PR Mornings, who said he regretted the Liberal Party’s apparent inability to stand by its own convictions.

“There is a common factor in a lot of the Liberal’s defeats in that the Liberals are doing ‘me too’ instead of something different,” he said.
