Vincent Ho Associate Professor and clinical academic gastroenterologist at Western Sydney University joined 6PR Breakfast to provide insight into fart walking.
“It is a form of exercise, to help de-compress your abdomen to address issues of bloating, allowing gas out of the system,” Ho said on 6PR Breakfast.
