Kamahl demands public apology over ‘honorary white’ tweet
Kamahl is demanding a public apology from the ABC’s Phillip Adams after the late night presenter called him an “honorary white” on Twitter over his relationship with Sir Donald Bradman.
Adams claimed he had written to Kamahl two weeks ago but the Aussie singer says the apology never arrived.
Entertainment reporter Peter Ford said the apology should be made on the platform where the comment was made.
“You get the feeling that they told him to write this apology and send it to get him off our backs and it’ll all go away and I don’t think it’s good enough,” Peter Ford told 6PR Breakfast.
