44 years on, and police continue the investigation into the disappearance of Collie schoolgirl Lisa Mott.

Detective Sergeant Greg Dowding explains to Perth Today host Simon Beaumont how witness testimonies have increased police interest in an abandoned yellow panel van just south of Collie, leading to 25 police officers being deployed in the area.

“We don’t know the history of this panel van, we don’t know the owner, we don’t know if this panel van was checked out during the initial investigation, so that’s one of those things we want to discover,” he said.
