The Lisa Wilkinson drama has rolled through into the end of the week, with the “secret” audio recordings of the journalist and TV host and Brittany Higgins continuing to produce media fodder.

Wilkinson is now under fire for stumbling over the name of Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price and making comments on conservative celebrities “having a black cleaner”.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast everyone should calm down a bit.

“Of course people have every right to criticise some of what’s going on, but if you start taking things out of context it just isn’t fair,” Mr Ford said.
