The Collingwood Magpies have stated they are cooperating with the AFL to “work through the situation” of the images and video taken from social media purporting to be of Jack Crisp.

The  footage – which includes captions with references to illicit substances – has proliferated across the internet as Collingwood announce they will provide further updates.

Football reporter John Ralph told Simon Beaumont on 6PR Mornings he believes the AFL will likely take their time with the investigation.

I think the AFL would be wary of almost incentivising a strategised leak… that’s only one layer of this story,” Mr Ralph said.
