Mandurah council has approved the next step in development of a new brewery at Mandurah’s much-loved King’s Carnival site despite community concern.

City of Mandurah mayor Rhys Williams spoke to 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl and said the council believed it was the “right thing” for Mandurah.

“It’s not yet shovels in the ground and it’s not yet a tick off to start construction – it’s just a decision to proceed with the detailed planning,” Mr Williams said.
