Situated plumb between three buildings owned by Kerry Stokes is a straight alleyway, about 5o metres back from Kings Park.

It’s nondescript, it’s fairly narrow, and it may soon potentially be owned by media mogul Kerry Stokes.

6PR Reporter Jake Battrick and Australian Financial Review reporter Max Mason both told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings it was “a bit of a head-scratcher” why anyone would want to own an alleyway.

“This might be a bot controversial but I think he’s bought the wrong laneway because the next one down the road is shorter, flatter and you have some really nice Federation-style buildings,” Mr Battrick said.
