Recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s most dangerous bird, the cassowary has now been claimed by CNN to be the only animal Australians are afraid of. It seems the cassowary is getting a bad rap.

6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl look to expert Peter Rowles, President of the Community for Coastal and Cassowary Conservation, to see if there is any truth to the CNN report.

“They’re basically the biggest thing that lives in the rainforest, and they’re not much scared of anything, to tell you the truth – including people,” he said.
