A 41-year-old South Australian woman, found asleep behind the wheel of a car, was discovered to have a blood alcohol reading of 0.434—nine times over the legal limit.

6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl spoke to Dr Ross Walker from Healthy Living about what that level of intoxication would do to a person.

“You go into a coma typically when you get up to about .35, so how she could even be standing up at .434 or even sitting in a car is just beyond me,” she said.
