The solar phenomenon that is the total solar eclipse has come and gone, leaving many viewers, including 6PR Breakfast‘s own Steven Mills – star-struck.

Thousands of Exmouth visitors received the best view of the marvel, cheering as the sky fell dark and an eerie shadow appeared.

Millsy told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings it was a sight to behold, despite having to shelter from the wind behind a beach barbeque.

“I know it’s a lot of work to get up here, but I just look at these little kids faces and they’re going, ‘What just happened?'” Millsy said.
