Concern over famed music journalist Molly Meldrum’s wellbeing has escalated after he exposed himself and allegedly urinated on the floor at Rod Laver Arena.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast said those close to Meldrum are distressed about his welfare.

“It’s a bad look, it tarnishes Molly’s legacy,” he said.
