MP provides the latest on the push to ban online gambling ads
The independent minister for Curtin has discussed the latest around an inquiry into online gambling advertisements.
Kate Chaney says the government has had six months to implement the recommendations from the inquiry, and has failed to do anything.
“We’re hearing rumours that the gambling industry is feeling pretty confident that the government won’t listen to the people of Australia, but rather listen to money and power,” she told 6PR Mornings.
