New report finds junk food and alcohol are dominating the Australian diet
The recently released CSIRO Healthy Diet Score has found only four in ten adults are eating three or more vegetables with their main meal.

Accredited Dietician and the Chief Health Officer at Healthy Life Australia, Simone Austin gave Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast some tips on how to start eating healthier.

“If you’re ordering a toasted sandwich for example: could you throw in some tomato and some mushroom and some capsicum to get your vegetables up,” Ms Austin said.
“Or could you grab a piece of fruit to go with it.”
