Despite being banned from holding a building license in WA, the former bosses of the failed Niche Living have brought back the company from creditors.

Sue Ellery, Commerce Minister explains to 6PRs Gary Adshead how the state government would have preferred the directors did not retain the company but the priority was getting the customer houses built, quickly.

“Yesterdays decision has no impact on people getting access to the home indemnity insurance and there fore being able to complete their homes,” she said

Gary also spoke to Janine Carter a disgruntled Niche customer about the decision.

“I would have preferred them to gone into administration and not get a cent and have them made accountable for what they’ve done,” she said
