There are concerns next week’s heat and strong winds will increase the fire risk across Western Australia.

Department of Fire and Emergency Services Superintendent David Gill told 6PR Breakfast people need to make sure they are prepared for bushfires. 

“It’s extremely important people have a bushfire plan,” said Superintendent Gill.
