There’s one Perth suburb where residents stay for at least two decades. North Yunderup is located in the greater Perth area and homeowners are staying put for the unique lifestyle.

David Bolt, Shire of Murray president, spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague on the hidden gem.

“It’s a certain lifestyle not many get to enjoy, I think once people come here they realise how wonderful and unique it is and never want to leave,” he said.
