The WA Electoral Distribution Commission has announced proposed boundary changes to a majority of the state’s electoral districts, with 53 of 59 electorates to be altered.

But not everyone is happy with the redistribution which will make significant changes to existing boundaries and names.

Nationals Member for Moore and State Opposition Leader Shane Love told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings the changes will mean the people of regional WA will have one less voice.

“There’s no need for their to be a reduction of a seat and loss of representation for regional WA,” Mr Love said.
