Oprah Winfrey has been turned away from an aid shelter on the devastated Hawaiian island of Maui after trying to film herself handing out much-needed aid to locals.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast Oprah is a major landowner on Maui, and likely had a personal interest in supplying aid.
