An iconic Victoria Park home has come into the possession of new owners who are planning to breathe new life into the unique abode.

Ashayla Dawn and her partner Farris Faris purchased La Villa Maria last year after noticing the home online and falling in love with the place.

“It’s just such a beautiful space,” Ms Dawn said.

“We’re actually making it open to photographers and artists because there’s not many spaces like it.”
