Owners ‘taken advantage’ by Strata companies call for action

Apartment owners are fed up as governments fail to properly regulate strata groups.
Samantha Reece from WA Apartment Advocacy spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague concerning the lack of regulation over strata companies.
“There has been advantage taken of owners by strata managers in cahoots with developers,” she said.
