Perth hotel partners with BBQ truck for homelessness week
Homelessness week takes place this week, looking out for those sleeping rough through awareness and a series of initiatives around Perth.
One of these projects driving social change is the Pan Pacific
Pan Pacific Hotel and Ruah Community Services are hosting a barbecue truck to drive awareness for rough sleepers.
Eloise Pierce from Pan Pacific told Gareth Parker that Bobby’s BBQ truck is about securing homes for someone sleeping rough on the streets of Perth.
“This week being homelessness week, we are calling out to the community to get down and buy a delicious bacon and egg roll,” she said.
“Hopefully, we can make a difference as a community.”
