Perth housing market most affordable in decades

The Perth property market is at its most affordable in more than two decades and Perth rental vacancy rates have dropped to the lowest level in five years.
“Recently in a number of suburbs particularly the low priced suburbs, Armadale and some of those areas, it definitely is a lot more affordable to buy, than rent,” Damian Collins, President of REIWA told 6PR Breakfast.
