The asking price for a vacant lot of land in new Perth housing estates is showing renewed confidence in builders.

Trent Fleskens from Strategic Property Group spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Chrissy Morrissy about the booming Perth market.

“Builders are locking in prices, they are giving fairly good confidence about yep it’ll be done in a years time and the doors are open again,” he said
