Perth couple Chloe and husband Ro decided they wanted to try for a fourth child to complete their family. To their surprise Chloe fell pregnant naturally with triplets.

Due to complications, at 28 weeks they had to make the agonising decision to let one of the triplets die in the womb or deliver all three babies almost 12 weeks early.

The triplets were born less than a week ago at 28 weeks and 3 days.

They are now adjusting to life with six children three years and under.
