A Perth roof plumber turned professional darts player has achieved a rare nine-dart finish at the World Darts Championship in the UK, earning him $121,000.

Damon Heta spoke with 6PR’s Breakfast hosts Mick and Mark about his career and the incredible moment he hit the mark.

“When it happened, and you realise what you’ve done, I couldn’t help but celebrate,” he said.
