Pete Rowsthorn has reflected on acting with Shane Warne on 6PR Mornings when the cricket legend featured in Kath & Kim.

The comedian and actor, renowned for his character as Brett in the Australian sitcom, told Liam Bartlett how friendly Warne was during the filming of the episode.

“He was just a really lovely warm, honest person… and generous with his time,” he said.

“We were playing backyard cricket, and he was showing me how to spin, and then I got to face him with my cricket bat in the backyard of the little house we were filming in.”
