Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and discussed AUKUS, the delayed Collins class submarine upgrades program and Opposition leader Peter Dutton’s deportation referendum.

“This is a harebrained thought bubble from Peter Dutton to try and distract from the fact that he has absolutely nothing to say around the issue of the cost of living which has been the issue that’s dominated in Australia over the last three years,” he said.
