PM rules out gun law changes
The Prime Minister says there is ‘no chance’ the federal government would weaken Australia’s gun laws, to pass legislation
The issue came to a head after Independent Senator David Leyonhjelm said he would support laws to clamp-down on rogue unions, if the ban on the Adler shotgun was lifted
This morning Malcolm Turnbull appeared to be open to the compromise
But by Question Time, Mr Turnbull hosed down the suggestion.
