Traffic jams are adding an extra 96 hours a year to Perth drivers’ daily commute, but the report says we’re still not the worst city in Australia for congestion.

“An upside of the congestion is that the stronger and the worse the congestion is, the more people will use public transport,” Margy Osmond chief executive tourism and transport forum told 6PR Breakfast.
