The state’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry is calling for a phased withdrawal of the JobKeeper scheme.

Their latest survey of WA businesses show a third overall aren’t confident they can continue trading beyond the planned end of the scheme in September.

CCI WA Chief Economist Aaron Morey told Gareth Parker on Mornings the downturn is mainly affecting labour-intensive sectors who rely on the payments.
