Age not an excuse for poor fitness
A recent Australian Institute of Health and Welfare report has found that if all Australians took a 30 minute walk five times a week it could reduce the national disease burden by 26% yet misconceptions surrounding exercise are preventing older people from getting fit.
The City of Melville has launched a new initiative to dispel some of those myths.
