Australian link to Easter Sunday bombings
It’s been revealed one of the bombers involved in the Sri Lankan terrorist attacks spent time studying in Australia.
Sri Lanka’s Deputy Defence Minister says some of the suicide bombers were from upper middle class families and were well-educated with some studying in countries including Australia and the UK.
The death toll from the Easter Sunday blasts has risen to 359 with ISIS claiming responsibility.
Channel 9 reporter Renae Henry is on the ground in Sri Lanka and spoke to Oliver Peterson about the recent developments.
